Welsh Cross Duathlon Champion: Claire Walters

An absolutely incredible performance on a wet, windy and very hilly course, Claire absolutely smashed it out of the park and added another medal to the cabinet to join her Super Series medal from earlier this year.

3 PTH Athletes Selected for the World Aquathlon Championships 2023

We are so incredibly proud of our members who have been selected to represent team GB in the World Aquathlon Championships 2023 in Ibiza. Congratulations to our women’s team captain Cathryn Williams, Nick Thomas and Paul Bennet who have all been selected for Team GB.

Parkrun Top 3 and PB Galore

The week saw Parkrun tourism both local and far! This was the last Saturday for our members to record their best times for our club championship 2022! Swansea, Gnoll and Maesteg saw most of the magic as these are the events worth the points, but Team PTH also went to Porthcawl and London too.

  • Darren Lewis finished 6th Place at Fulham Palace Parkrun

Swansea Bay Parkrun saw quite a few 5k PBs and course PBs despite the windy conditions along the seafront!

Severn Bridge Night Run

Some of our PTH members took part in this unique and quite special 5 mile race which runs into England and back adorned with glow in the dark paint!
