Port Talbot Harriers is friendly running and multisport club which caters for all abilities. We run, cycle and swim with the emphasis on having fun.
All abilities are welcome to our running training sessions which start from 6pm (for a 6:15pm start). We do not pressurise newcomers to join the club however after a few sessions we would be delighted if you chose to become a part of the club.
On Saturday or Sunday morning, if there is no race, many of us head out on informal easy long runs. Additional club training sessions are held to support swimming and cycling. Visit the Multisport page to find out more.
