Another wet ‘n’ wild weekend, but that didn’t stop a great turnout of Team PTH at last week’s races, Parkruns and training.
Lliswerry 8 PB’s for duo!
Women’s club captain Cathryn Williams and Karis Montague took on the brilliant Lliswerry 8 in Newport with an incredible effort both gaining 10k PB’s within the 8 mile race.
Couple Goals at Dorney Lake 10k
Amy and Richard Davies did this amazing 10k race during their trip to Buckinghamshire with both clocking excellent times. Richard came third in his age category and 4th overall.
Parkrun
Swansea Bay, Gnoll, Porthcawl and Maesteg saw most of the action, but Team PTH also went to Sandy Water Parkrun in Llanelli and Aberbeeg Parkrun in Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent.
