Port Talbot Harriers are part of the West Wales region and all runners who take part in the Gwent XC League are considered for selection to represent West Wales in the Inter-Regional XC Championships every year.
Welsh Inter Regional Cross Country Championships
Congratulations to our 16 runners up for selection to represent West Wales at the Inter Regional Cross Country Championships in Monmouth.
The top 15 runners (in each age group and gender) from West Wales clubs who took part in Fixture 1 of the Gwent XC League have been chosen to represent West Wales at the Welsh Inter Regional Cross Country Championships on Saturday 19th November in Monmouth.
An email has been sent to those selected. If you are outside of the top 15 and wish to be considered as a reserve please email Rob Campion to be added to the potential reserves list and be considered for selection.

Senior Women & Masters:
- Race start: 12:00pm (midday)
- Distance: 4 miles approx
- 1 small lap, 2 large laps
Senior Men & Masters:
- Race start: 3pm
- Distance: 6 miles approx
- 4 large laps
The race will use a new winding multi-lap circuit which is great for spectators.

This event will be held on Saturday 3rd December 2022 and is incorporated into the third fixture of the Gwent XC League at Pembrey Country Park.
